Shenzhen MiG Watch Industry is a watch company specializing in watch design, development, production and sales. The company adheres to the principle of "quality-oriented and trustworthy" and takes the unique MiG brand dream road.
Our story celebrates our passion for adventure. To go beyond the boundaries of others and explore different cultures, pristine nature, and the beauty of the world. To step away from the world and focus on what’s around you. Traveling always brings new perspectives, creativity, and lifelong memories. This is what inspired us to create MIGE.
MIGE's story
Once a dream, now an international adventure
Our journey began in 2013: MIGE was founded by three like-minded friends with aspirations to change people's perception of the impact of the products they wear, promote and live with. After long hours of ideation and brainstorming, days turned into months, and the first prototypes finally became a reality. These watches eventually led to the official launch of the brand in summer 2013.
MIGE's journey began in 2013 with a lifelong friendship between three friends, eager and ambitious to embark on a new adventure together. Influenced by a rapidly changing world, they realised they had an opportunity to change people's perception of the impact of what they buy and wear, and to create products that help people express their unique style. The first prototypes of MIGE, in three different woods, eventually came to life as the MIGE collection. This first WoodMont collection still represents our original instinct of exploration and has become a loyal companion to many explorers around the world. MIGE showed how accessories can be unique, beautiful and made from sustainable materials, and quickly grew from a nighttime side project to an international brand. Over the years, the team has grown from 5 people to more than 70 people today, from 20 different nationalities. Working from the headquarters in Rotterdam, the warehouse in Groningen and in different time zones around the world, they share the same passion to explore the unknown. Together, we will continue to inspire people by creating beautifully designed products made from natural wood
We are proud to have built MIGE communities around the world, with products sold in over 100 countries and counting. We work with local artisans to create unique designs inspired by travel stories - from the sights and experiences along the way, to watches and accessories that are intricately designed, detailed and meaningful. That’s why the planet and the environment have been our top priority since the beginning. We give back to the community, not only by using the finest natural materials such as wood for our watches, but also by working with trusted organizations to fight climate change and inequality around the world.
Since 2013, we've been supporting innovative forestry projects around the world, securing plots of land that are climate positive. We plant one tree for every product sold, and have planted over 545,000 trees to date - thanks to the support of the MIGE community! Our goal is to plant 1 million trees by 2025.
