Refund Policy

New MIGE watches and accessories, in original, unworn condition, may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns must include all original packaging and documentation and be unused (worn or bent bands are not accepted). Once the returned item has been inspected and found to be correct, your refund will be processed. To return an item, please email aleskihurtado@gmail.com and I will provide return instructions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, not MIGE. Once a return request has been accepted and completed, please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to the original form of payment used.

NOTE: Cancelled orders (orders that are cancelled after they are placed but before they are shipped) are subject to a 4% restocking fee. If you used Shop Pay Installments as your original form of payment, a 9% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Pre-ordered watches are non-refundable, so invest your full heart into your upcoming MIGE watch purchase!
