Your MIGE Insurance
All MIGE watches come with a two-year worldwide warranty, starting from the date of shipment as stated on the warranty card. Since you can only buy MIGE watches directly from me, and each watch is assembled before being shipped to you, the date of shipment is stated on each warranty card (make sure to keep it!). Watch accessories are not covered under warranty.
What does this mean? If your MIGE watch does not function properly due to a manufacturing defect, I will replace any defective parts that have been properly documented during the technical evaluation process free of charge during the warranty period. Simply fill out the short form above to get the process started.
What is not covered under warranty? Earthquakes or other acts of God, accidental damage, scratches, theft, normal wear and tear, and unauthorized opening of the case or adjustment of the movement are not covered under warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover any user-caused damage to the case, crystal, bracelet/strap, bezel, strap, screws, crown/stem, finishing, clasp/buckle, or any other physical damage. Water seepage or damage to the watch due to the screw-down crown not being tightened or exposure to water exceeding the rated water resistance depth is also not covered by the warranty.
Do not misuse or damage your MIGE watch, it can be used for decades.
Regarding shipping costs, the warranty does not cover shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Please note that for international orders, customs duties and other fees charged by international countries may be incurred and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
